For our weight bench, the choice of a "Domyos" with "guided load" represents security, convenience, and efficiency. It's hard to resist the call "dou pas de l'avé"
(= "the sheeps track"). The "Padavé",
a beautiful track which skirts the house, will take you through
the countryside and vineyard
to the Massif
des Maures.

can of course organize for you the reservations for all these
sports activities, thus your transfer from our Guest House, and
why not a complete stay, since your arrival at the station
TGV or the Airport!
