Some details about living in a guest house:
Stay in a Guest House is surely one of most authentic way of discovering an area. The host that you are, for one night, one week or sometimes more, will be proposed the night and the breakfast: a copious French breakfast served, according to the season, on terrace or in the kitchen, from 8h30 am until late in the morning. This one is included in the price of our rooms, but cannot be offered in our self catering

At "La Grande Lauzade", according to the principle of the Guest House, we accomodate our customers inside our house. That allows us to be constantly available for offering a convivial and cordial contact, to give if required some informations concerning the pretty places to visit, nice restaurants you should go on the sector... Making you enjoy the way of life in our beautiful area.
However, Guest Houses are not hotels, you will not find the same services there. We would appreciate that you let us know your arrival time (by mail: contact@lagrandelauzade.com or phone: +33 494 607 435) or your possible delay (!), because in all the cases, and that is there that the charm starts, your Hosts will personaly welcome you!

We
will received you towards 5 pm the day of your
arrival, until 10pm max, and you will have to check
out before 11am, the morning of your departure. For
any different installation, please consult us for agreement
as a preliminary, we will try to answer it
as well as possible, depending of our possibilities.
We will ask you to abstain from smoking in the house
(ashtrays are at your disposal on terrace). This place
is a B&B: it's not possible to cook or eat in the
rooms. (We will indicate you and book for you a table
in one of the restaurants near our Guest House).
La Grande Lauzade and its secular walls are a place of relaxation. We will ask you to respect constantly, and particulary if you return after 22h or if you must leave early in the morning, rest of the other guests with whom you divide our House.
We kindly accept young children, but we invite their parents never to leave them alone in the house or outside, and to "take care" of their energy, constantly respecting the peace of the places.
Fresh water and minibar, dvd, digital tv and radio are at your disposal in your guestroom, Self caterings offer a full equiped kitchen.

Our hosts have of course permanent
access to the gardens, the spa and the swimming pool (heated in season),
respecting the comfort and the peace of everybody. To
prevent any accident, its access is closed and prohibited
to the children not accompanied by responsible adults.
Table tennis, game of bowls,
American Pool, are placed gracefully
at the disposal of our hosts. Billiards, Dvd and sat
programs with Home-Cinéma are in
the main lounge. Game of bowls, Table tennis
are at disposal outside (until 22h).
Internet acces is available on fixed
station in the billiard lounge, and in WiFi in all the
House and on the terrace. Our carpark is closed if needed.
We accept pets in self catering only, under the whole responsibility
and control of their Masters, insofar as they are sociable,
wise and own. In addition to the cicadas, our house
is also that of two cats, two horses, two dogs, and...
some nightingales to delude your nights with summer!
(Our dogs, even if very sociable, are held outside the
house, in an entirely closed space. Our hosts will be
in contact with them only if they wish it). We thank
you for keeping closed the door of access to your room,
under penalty of finding well a tom cat sleeping in
your bags!. |

Payment: After the deposit asked on booking, an invoicing corresponding
to your stay will be paid on arrival. (In the event of anticipated
departure, the whole of the reserved stay remains due. See
general conditions here)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* In case of cancellation up to ten weeks before the stay
we will refund 90% of your entire deposit.
* In case of cancellation between ten and five weeks before the stay,
we will pay only 50% of the deposit.
* For cancellations five to two weeks before the stay,
we will not refund the deposit.
* In case of cancellation less than two week before the stay,
or in case of no show or in case of early departure
the whole of the reserved stay remains due in compensation.
* Refund within a period of three months.
